Sharilyn Nodsle and
Seasons of Thyme Catering provide delicious, beautiful food arranged with simple elegance for a variety of events—fresh, wholesome, seasonal menus prepared with time and care.

The dishes Sharilyn creates come out of her deep connection to the American cooking traditions.  Raised in Fort Dodge, Iowa, a farming community, Sharilyn discovered at a young age a natural affinity for making traditional American recipes for family and friends.

Sharilyn’s cooking has evolved over the years to draw from the best of contemporary international flavors, a Northwest regional way with seasonal herbs and produce, and the nostalgic flavors of the very best of American cuisine. The pure joy of cooking is a tangible ingredient in all of Sharilyn’s food and in her rapport with customers.

“It’s important to listen, to customize, to make the event theirs” says Sharilyn, who strives to have each client feel like a guest at their own event.  “We have a high standard.  Everything that leaves our kitchen is fresh, beautiful and tasty."
