The dishes Sharilyn creates come out of her deep connection to the American
cooking traditions. Raised in Fort Dodge, Iowa, a farming community,
Sharilyn discovered at a young age a natural affinity for making traditional
American recipes for family and friends.
Sharilyn’s cooking has evolved over the years to draw from the best of
contemporary international flavors, a Northwest regional way with seasonal
herbs and produce, and the nostalgic flavors of the very best of American
cuisine. The pure joy of cooking is a tangible ingredient in all of
Sharilyn’s food and in her rapport with customers.
